SpiralFrog Appoints Jennifer Link Vice President of Licensing

- BMG, Warner Music Veteran Brings Industry Experience to SpiralFrog -

New York, October 29, 2007 - SpiralFrog, Inc. (www.spiralfrog.com), the free ad-supported Web-based music service, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Link as vice president of licensing. Link will lead content expansion efforts and secure additional licensing agreements with record labels, publishers and producers.

“We are pleased to welcome Jennifer to the SpiralFrog team. She joins us at an exciting and imperative time in our company’s history, as we recently launched our Web-based music experience in North America,” said Frances Preston, former President and CEO of BMI, and SpiralFrog board member.  “Her experience and knowledge of the music industry will be crucial to securing additional licensing agreements with record labels, publishers and producers.”

Link began her career in the industry in 1999 at BMG Entertainment licensing for a wide array of products, including CD’s, DVD’s and digital media. After five years with BMG, she moved to Spike TV, where she negotiated client talent, production and licensing agreements for the channel. Link departed Spike TV to join Warner Music Group, where she managed the East Coast licensing for all digital, new media and physical licensing.

“Jennifer’s extensive music industry background will help SpiralFrog continue cultivating long-lasting relationships with the music community,” said Mel Schrieberg, CEO of SpiralFrog. “She will play an important role in furthering our mission—providing no-cost songs and music video to users while fairly compensating artists and music owners.”

Link graduated from Berklee College in Boston and has a degree in Music Business Management.
